If attending in-person events, I understand that all members of my party must be fully vaccinated and will bring proof of vaccination. I understand that the performance date must be 14 days after the last dose of the vaccine for all party members. Children under 12 and guests who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical exception or a sincerely held religious belief must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the last 72 hours.
